Contract-to-perm solutions, for onboarding and hiring. How?
As a hiring manager, you’d rather have someone on your internal payroll after one year than hire an external freelance consultant for a longer period of time. Also rather new employees come to you, instead of you sourcing them endlessly. Therefore we decided to create Growth Accelerator: a digital staffing agency for hiring managers and intermediairs who want to hire external employees with many extra features.
We offer contract-to-perm solutions ourselves as well. But what exactly is it? Well, after one year, our consultants are ready to fly on their own without Growth Accelerator Services (Startup Accelerator), either as a ‘ZZP consultant’, as contractor working from our staffing agency - Growth Accelerator Staffing - or join an organisation directly when there’s a mutual fit. No obligations, just making sure everybody is ready to fly on his or her own after one year.
As a legal employer during the first year, we follow the CAO of your company or client, take ownership of all risks and insurances of being a legal employer, against the lowest margin in The Netherlands for all employer costs: 1.67 - excluding pension. This includes, among other things, employee insurances, sickness leave, paid holidays and incapacity for work insurance.
Extend your services or make use of our payroll solution for short-term employees. Working through Growth Accelerator on a contract-to-perm basis will save you around 10.000 euros per person per year (!) compared to an average margin of 1.78.
We enable intermediaries to make use of this solution as well to their clients as well, without being a legal employer themselves. This will be combined with our contracting service, a back office to manage the payroll and everything from there. It’s up to other intermediaries if they want to offer the same ‘contract-to-perm service’, or just make use of our back office against this margin.
We provide everybody with all the tools to document their administration and guide them throughout the entire process, from job management, onboarding, and payments. In collaboration with The Compliance Factory, we provide a back office that shows an overview of all your external employees and ensures all contracts and insurances are compliant with all (new) requirements of the Dutch government. All these administrative and financial aspects of working with external consultants are simplified and cheaper, which is included in the staffing solution, if you prefer.

When you need someone to join your team directly, we can help you find the right person ourself as well through Startup Accelerator, our sister company. Somebody works as a consultant through Growth Accelerator Services during the first year. After that it’s up to you and the person you hired.
We make sure we follow your CAO, so they will even have their income guaranteed when unable to work. A phase-B contract from the start, just like any other internal employee. They will have the same (gross) income as when they work at your company, without being the legal employer.

After working with Tentoo, Pay-for-People and easyworx to outsource an extensive back office we actually didn’t need, we created our own solution - offering you the same benefits, as-a-service.
From onboarding, contract management, compliance, and hiring, we’ve got your back. As mentioned, we offer contract-to-perm services from a temporary employment base, aiming that employees could join the client companies directly after one year or fly on his/her own.
This solution comes with a back office as-as-a-service, from which freelancers could benefit as well for their hourly registrations, payslips and payments. We do this in collaboration with The Compliance Factory, which has 35 years of experience hiring external professionals and take care of all administration.
