As a hiring manager, you’d rather have someone on your internal payroll after one year than hire an external freelance consultant for a longer period of time. You'd also rather have new employees come to you instead of you sourcing them endlessly. Therefore, we decided to create Growth Accelerator: a digital staffing agency for hiring managers and intermediaries who want to hire external employees for one year, with many extra features included.

We offer contract-to-perm solutions (deta-vast) ourselves as well. But what exactly is it? Well, after one year, our consultants are ready to fly on their own without Growth Accelerator Services, either as a ‘ZZP consultant’, as a contractor working from our staffing agency - Growth Accelerator Staffing - or join an organisation directly when there’s a mutual fit. No obligations, just making sure everybody is ready to fly on his or her own after one year. Now there’s a solution for you to offer the same to your clients.

As a legal employer during the first year, we follow the CAO of your company or client, take ownership of all risks and insurances of being a legal employer, against the lowest margin in The Netherlands for all employer costs: 1.67 - excluding pension. This includes, among other things, employee insurances, sickness leave, paid holidays and incapacity for work insurance. Extend your services or use our payroll solution for short-term employees. Working through Growth Accelerator on a contract-to-perm basis will save you up to 10.000 euros per person per year (!), compared to an average margin of 1.78.

We enable intermediaries to use this solution for their clients without being legal employers themselves. This will be combined with our contracting service, a back office to manage the payroll, and everything else from there. Other intermediaries can choose to offer the same ‘contract-to-perm service’ or just use our back office at this margin.

We provide everybody with all the tools to document their administration and guide them throughout the entire process, from job management, matching to onboarding. In collaboration with The Compliance Factory, we provide a back office that shows an overview of all your external employees and ensures all contracts and insurances comply with all (new) requirements of the Dutch government, among other things. All these administrative and financial aspects of working with external consultants are simplified and cheaper than other providers, which are included in the staffing solution.

Growth Accelerator Contracting

Back office as-a-service for hiring managers and intermediaries.

After working with Tentoo, Pay-for-People and easyworx to outsource an extensive back office we actually didn’t need, we created our own solution - offering you the same benefits, as-a-service.

From onboarding, contract management, credit control, compliance, and legal employment, we’ve got your back. As mentioned, we offer contract-to-perm services from a temporary employment base, aiming that employees could join the client companies directly after one year or fly on his/her own.

In combination with Growth Accelerator Staffing, this is what we call a back office as-as-a-service. Of course, freelancers use this backoffice as well for their hourly registrations, payslips and payments. We do this in collaboration with The Compliance Factory, which has 35 years of experience hiring external professionals and take care of all administration.

As an intermediary you can decide for yourself if you just want to make use of the backoffice for your consultants, or extend your services as well with contract-to-perm solutions. Both ways, focus on your strengths while we handle the contracting. For the lowest factor in the Netherlands: 1.67 (excluding pension) which covers all employer costs that you don’t have to worry about. For freelancers we charge 1.50 euros per hour to make use of the backoffice services.

Apparently, it wasn’t that difficult to find a cheap alternative to outsourcing your entire back office and becoming a staffing agency yourself. Now you can benefit from it as well. You will have access as an admin to a back office, which shows an overview of all your consultants. All directly through Growth Accelerator Contracting & The Compliance Factory, instead of a platform with front-, mid- and backoffice - which we also have by the way. But only if you’d like to.

As mentioned, when you need someone to join your team directly we help you find the right person ourselves as well, through our sister company “Growth Accelerator Services”, also known as Startup Accelerator. Somebody works as a consultant through us during the first year. After that it’s up to you, the consultant and the company he or she works for.

When somebody works through Growth Accelerator Staffing, we make sure we follow the CAO with a phase-B contract from the start, just like any other internal employee. Fully compliant. They will have the same (gross) income as when they work at your company or for your client, without being the legal employer yourself.

Again, when you want to make use of our staffing services, it’s up to you whether you’d like to offer the same type of contract construction, want to extend it after one year, or just use it for your contractors on the payroll. Anyway, this is how we implement contract-to-perm solutions ourselves, without obligations.
